Welcome to StylePal! By accessing and using StylePal's services ("the Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of StylePal, including any content, functionality, and services offered.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use StylePal.

1. Definitions

• "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to Rynova Labs, LLC, the provider of StylePal service
• "You," "User": Refers to anyone using the Services provided by StylePal.
• "Services": Refers to all features and services provided by StylePal, including mobile and web applications, task management, communication handling, and AI assistant services.
• "Application": Refers to the StylePal mobile application available on Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store.
• "Company": Refers to Rynova Labs, LLC.

2. Eligibility

By using StylePal, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and use the Services.
• Agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when creating an account or using the Services.

3. Scope of License

• License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on any Apple or Android device that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service.
• Restrictions: You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application or any part thereof.

4. Account Registration and Security

• Account Creation: To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration process.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
